		<description>A very good point I have seen frequently in peoples responses to postings about Vick. Personally I think it is several things. First of all there is no room for spin around this. Most civilized people consider animal abuse pretty heinous but this administration is still able to cloak their ugly war as a noble cause. Also people feel relativly powerless to stop or influence the decisions of our out of control power mongers whereas in the Vick case there are ways in which the individual can influence the outcome in a real way - ie, boycotts, letter writing, buying Michael Vick dog chew toys...</description>
